Whether you’re writing a book, article, digital product, or long-form project, WordHero helps you move from a rough idea to work you can keep shaping and preparing to publish.

Why We Rebuilt WordHero

This new version brings planning, writing, editing, and publishing preparation into a cleaner, faster workspace.

We rebuilt major parts of the product to make WordHero more stable, modern, and useful for serious writing projects. We wanted it to feel less like a one-off content generator and more like a place where your ideas can genuinely take shape.

The new WordHero brings your ideas, brand context, writing tools, drafts, and publishing workflows together in one focused workspace.

• Canvases: A new way to organize related outputs, create new variations, and repurpose content into other formats.
• Projects: Give WordHero reusable context about your business, audience, writing style, language, and content topics.
• Project Memory: Save important details once so WordHero can use them across future content.
• Brand Voices: Turn a brand brief or writing sample into reusable guidance that helps your content sound consistent.
• Custom Templates: Build repeatable writing workflows with your own inputs, prompts, examples, and output formats.
• Articles: Move from an idea or keyword to an editable brief, structured draft, and finished article.
• AI Editing: Rewrite, expand, condense, clarify, correct, or adjust the tone of selected text.
• Keyword Research: Find topic ideas using search demand, ranking difficulty, intent, and trend data.
• WordHero Art: Generate and manage images using preset or custom visual styles.
• Publishing: Export articles as DOCX files or send them to a connected WordPress site as drafts.
• Team Collaboration: Share projects, brand voices, templates, research, and content with your team on eligible plans.
• Language Support: Choose a writing language for each project and create for audiences around the world.

More Is Coming

This is a major step forward, but it is not the finish line. We’ll continue improving WordHero’s project intelligence, content repurposing, bulk creation, automation, editing, and publishing workflows.

Our long-term goal is to help you create work that feels human, complete, useful, and ready to share with the world.

A Note for Existing Users

Thank you for your patience during this migration.

Because this is a new version of WordHero, small issues may appear as more people begin using it. If something doesn’t feel right, please contact us through the in-app chat and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

You can now try out the new version at https://wordhero.aivolut.com. We’ll transfer projects, brand voices, and custom tools where possible. However, because the new WordHero uses a completely different system, we cannot guarantee that every item will be carried over. Chats, previous generation history, and documents will not be migrated. You will need to save any work you wish from the old version before 30 October 2026.

In the meantime, you may have access to both versions, until the old one is terminated on 30 October 2026.
